Manfred Hertenberger

Manfred Hertenberger has been involved with SAP since the first available release of SAP R/3 in early 1990. His focus has always been the technical areas of SAP, including installations, upgrades and consulting. Areas of expertise include all releases of SAP R/3 starting with 1.1I and extending to the newest products in the Netweaver stack including all supported database platforms and operating systems. Since 1993, Manfred has been involved in numerous SAP projects both locally and overseas, playing the role of a consultant and team lead.

Through the years, his experience has extended to include the technical and functional areas of system integration using SAP PI, Business Intelligence and Enterprise Portal. With a specific view on Solution Architecture, he has assisted numerous companies both locally and abroad. Manfred completed a PhD in Computer Science with ERP security as his thesis.

Warren Small

Warren Trevor Small is one of the founders of BasisOne and currently holds the position of Business Development Director. Warren has held directorship positions at numerous companies within the ICT and the Services industries.

Through Warren's involvement and experience, he has guided and enabled BasisOne to become a leader in the specialized area of SAP technical consulting and managed hosting services market. Warren's involvement was further instrumental in the company attaining the first SAP Certified Hosting Partnership status for an organization operating in Africa and the Middle East.

Chairman: Paolo Masselli

Paolo heads up our leadership team as Chief Executive Officer of Britehouse Specialist SAP Division. He serves as a member on the following boards: Britehouse SSD (Pty) Ltd, Kopano Outsourcing, Britehouse Mobility, OneArch Consulting. Paolo is also a board member of the SAP African User Group (AFSUG), representing partners on this forum.

Paolo completed his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Wits in 1984 and Bachelor of Commerce at Unisa in 1995. He is registered as a Professional Engineer.

He started in SAP in 1993 as an SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant and quickly progressed to Project Management, Account Management and then Business Development;

• In 1994 he was appointed as a director for Spearhead.
• In 1995 he moved on to become a Shareholder, Director, Programme Manager and Sales Director at Combined Design Engineers
• In 1998 he headed up Comparex Middle East as CEO and Programme Director on the Al Futtaim project.
• In 2000 he was appointed as Sales Director, Dimension Data Interactive Communications.
• In 2002 he founded Pebbletree Consulting as CEO and is currently the Britehouse Specialist SAP Division CEO.
